How do I know my order has been confirmed?

An e-mail & SMS will be sent once you’ve successfully placed your order.

I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?

We will usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery. You can check your SMS or email for more details.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

To change the delivery address of your order you need to call us with your order id within 2 hours.

Why is the delivery option not offered in my location?

At this point we are only serving certain pin codes. If your pincode is showing not deliverable feel free to contact us.

What if I need to modify my order?

You can choose to pay for an order using any of the below methods:

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Net Banking
  • PayPal
  • Paytm Wallet
  • Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express Credit or Debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries
Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on?

All credit card and debit card payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return? What are the modes of refund?

The amount will be refunded directly to your bank account. In case of credit card payments we can also credit the money back to your credit card. Please contact customer support for any further assistance regarding this issue.

I've still not received the refund in my bank account.

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request, it means that the refund has been initiated.

In the rare event of the amount not being credited by the date promised, you can contact us as we will work with the bank to get it done.
